162. Cuentos

Once upon a time, there was a quite tall boy, with dark skin, called John. His hair was very short, curly and dark too. His eyes were brown. He was 13 years old. He was from England. He had lived with his mother since he was born, in a welcoming, small house, with a leafy, huge garden. His father had died years ago. John was very cheerful and kind, but he was not confident.

At school, his classmates always laughed at him because of his skin. He didn't have any friends, and he was sad. But, one day, a new boy arrived at his school. He had dark skin too, but he was shorter than John. His name was Eric. John noticed people laughed at Eric too, and he started to talk to him. They became good friends quickly. A few weeks later, a girl in their class wanted to join them, and they got very happy, because they already were three. The girl didn't have dark skin. She said John she was afraid to go with him at the beginning because she thought people would laugh at her too, but she wanted to be with him more than with her old group, and she finally didn't mind if people laughed at them.

Finally, the three friends had a great, long time together. They met every summer, and they still are friends now!

Once upon a time, there were two auburn twin sisters, with fair skin. They were medium-height. Their hair was short, straight and shiny. They had green eyes. They were called Sofía and Raquel, and they were 16 years old. They were from Soria, in Spain. They lived in a big flat, very colourful. They were quite shy, but they always told everything to themselves.

One day, suddenly, while they were at home, an unknown woman appeared in their room. They got very surprised. She said, “Hello, girls! I need your help.” They didn't understand anything. "How? Who are you?", said Sofía. "It doesn't matter who I am. Well, you can call me Rosa. I'm a witch, and you too". "What?", the sisters said. "It's not possible!" "Yes, it is. But you and even your parents didn't know it. Wizards and witches are chosen by chance". She taught them to use their magic powers. They learned how to fly, to make appear water or fire without getting wet or burn their hands, and more things. But the witch said they couldn't tell anybody. It was a bit hard for the girls.

The twins helped a lot of people, and they never knew who helped them. Some years later, they taught other children to use their magic powers, and the sisters were very happy.
